Insert Screenshots in Excel 2010

A new feature in Excel 2010 is the ability to insert an image from any program that is currently running on your computer and not minimized to the task bar.You can also select Screen Clipping, which gives the ability to capture part of the screen.

First make sure the program you want to capture has the content you want displayed in the current window. Then click the Insert tab on the menu bar, and under Illustrations click Screenshot.

Click one of the Available Windows to capture the image and insert into the worksheet, or select Screen Clipping to give you a manual way to select part of the screen.
